Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Ape Studio, every project receives the same level of care, attention and dedication. This policy is intended to protect both the client and the studio.

Deposits

Any deposit paid before work begins is non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellations

A client may cancel before work begins; however, any booking deposit remains non-refundable because it reserves studio time.

The client will be charged for work already completed up to the cancellation date.

Refunds

Because of the nature of digital audio services, refunds are considered individually and are not guaranteed.

Every reasonable effort will be made to address concerns through discussion and revisions.

Delivery of files

Final files will be supplied after full payment has been received.

File storage

Clients are encouraged to download and back up all files immediately after delivery.

Although reasonable efforts are made to maintain secure backups, Ape Studio cannot guarantee indefinite storage.
