These terms govern the services provided by Ape Studio.

Services

Ape Studio provides professional mixing, mastering, production and related music services.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring that:

• They own the material submitted or have permission to use it.

• Audio files are supplied in the required format.

• All editing, tuning and preparation work has been completed unless otherwise agreed.

Revisions

Two rounds of reasonable mix revisions are included unless otherwise agreed in writing. Changes to the arrangement, newly recorded parts or replacement files may incur an additional charge.

Turnaround times

Estimated completion times are provided for guidance only and may vary according to workload and project complexity.

Payment

Payment terms will be agreed before work begins.

A deposit may be required before a project starts.

Final files will be released only after full payment has been received.

Ownership

Clients retain ownership of their original material.

Ape Studio may request permission to feature completed work in its portfolio. No unreleased or confidential material will be shared without the client’s prior consent.

Limitation of liability

Ape Studio shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated periodically without prior notice.
